Health is one of the biggest gifts to humans. This is our responsibility to maintain it. We are only responsible for any illness. With this writing, I tried to draw attention to our food habits. We must choose wisely whether branded products or local products to be added to our food habit. The purchase time will almost be the same. All we need to do is a little effort to come out of our comfort zone.

  1. A fair content listing the pros and cons aptly. It is the Choice of the consumer to choose what they eat, what products they use on their body and give a break to the blind buying of products. The shift to conscious buying should be kept in mind hence awareness is the key.. checking the ingredients is also one of the best options and you can be your judge.

    1. Thank you, Shefali. I am happy to see that you are perusing my work. These days customers are aware of their usage. The rise in organic and natural products in the market is proof of customer awareness and demand. Still, the customer should be more conscious of buying products of their choice.
I hope you will find some more gems of your choice further in my writing.

  2. Came across great content on your blog. When its about food habits, the food industry doesn’t care about marketing food products as medicines. And health industry never prescribes food habit changes but only medicines. Large gap there but both industry are running because consumers are not aware!!
